The Manhattan Meditation Center is a place to learn about meditation
and life, as taught by several teachers of those subjects—on different
nights, in different ways. Meditation and life are both big topics, we
know, and pondering them can raise questions, answers, and more questions.
That's why we teach you to meditate—so you can find your own answers.
Meditation isn't pondering; it is experiencing life directly.
The teachers at the Manhattan Meditation Center have been meditating
for many years. Our primary teacher has been Rama,
Dr. Frederick Lenz. He taught us how to meditate, how to develop successful careers
and lives, and how to teach others to do the same.
Here are answers to some questions you might have about the Manhattan
Meditation Center. Should you come to a class, we look forward to meeting you and
talking more.
